ASSEMBLY OFFICE
The Assembly Office is the national office of the UCPNG. The Offices houses the Offices of the Moderator, the Assembly Secretary and the Development Secretary.
The Assembly Office organises and manages the highest meetings of the UCPNG. These include the General Assembly (GA), which meets biennially, the Assembly Administrative Committee(AAC), which meets the alternate year and the Assembly Executive Committee(AEC) which meets quarterly every year.
The Assembly Office links and connects all the Regions of the UCPNG. The Assembly Office also links and connects all other Christian denominations and Government of Papua New Guinea to the UCPNG. The Assembly Office also links and connects all other Christian denominations and mission partners around the world to the UCPNG. Relations with other Governments around the world are managed with the assistance of and through the Government of Papua New Guinea.
The Assembly Office is located in Port Moresby city.
DEVELOPMENT UNIT OFFICE
The Development is the development arm of the United Church in Papua New Guinea (UCPNG) The DU aims to coordinate all development programs, projects and activities within the UCPNG communities in Papua New Guinea. Projects and Activities are implemented in Regions.
The Development Unit is a part of the Assembly Office.
REGIONAL OFFICES
The United Church in Papua New Guinea (UCPNG) has eleven regional offices (regions) spread across the country. These regions are: Bougainville, East Central Papua, Hela, Highlands, New Britain, Niu Ailan (Bismark Islands), Papuan Gulf, Papuan Islands, Urban, West Central Papua, and Western. The highest decision-making body at the regional level is the Regional Synod.
